ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻴﺰﺓ ﻭﺧﺎﺻﺔ
ﺍﻟﻨﻄﺎﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺪﻥ ﻣﻨﺎﻁﻖ ﺟﺎﺫﺏ ﻟﻸﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﻴﺔ ، ﻭﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺿﻔﺎﻑ ﺍﻷﻧﻬﺎﺭ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻢ
ﻣﻮﺍﻗﻊ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﻨﻄﺎﻗﺎﺕ ، ﻟﻤﻼﺋﻤﺔ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ ﻟﻸﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ. ﻣﻤﺎ ﻻ ﺷﻚ ﻓﻴﻪ
ﺃﻥ ﻧﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻞ ﻳﻤﺘﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍلإﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺆﻫﻠﻪ ﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﺳﻴﺎﺣﺔ ﻧﻬﺮﻳﺔ ﺟﻴﺪﺓ ﻋلى ﺿﻔﺘﻴﻪ ﻭﻻ ﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺿﻔﺎﻑ إﻗﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﺮى ﻭﺑﺎﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ ﺍﻟﺠﺰﺭ ﺍﻟﺤﻀﺮﻳﺔ ﺑﻪ، ﻓﻴﻨﺎﻗﺶ
ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺗﻮﺍﺟﺪ ﻟﻠﺴﻴﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺮﻳﺔ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺿﻔﺎﻑ ﻧﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺮﻏﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ
ﺍلإﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺆﻫﻠﻪ ﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﺳﻴﺎﺣﺔ ﻧﻬﺮﻳﺔ ﺟﻴﺪﺓ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺿﻔﺘﻴﻪ ﻭﻻ ﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺿﻔﺎﻑ إﻗﻠﻴﻢ
ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﺮى ﻭﺍﺳﺘﻌﺮﺽ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻠﻴﺔ ﻟﺒﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻨﻤﺎﺫﺝ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺴﻴﺎﺣﺔ
ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻷﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ ﺍﻟتي ﺗﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﺔ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺿﻔﺎﻑ ﺍﻷﻧﻬﺭ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻼﺕ
ﻭﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﺻﻴﺪ ﺍﻷﺳﻤﺎﻙ .
ﻳﻬﺪﻑ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺪﺍﻧﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ
ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍلإﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮﺩﺓ ﻋلى ﺿﻔﺎﻑ ﻧﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺟﺰﻳﺮﺗﻲ ﺍﻟﺰﻣﺎﻟﻚ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﻭﺿﺔ
ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻣﻬﺎ ﻟﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﺍﺓ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺍﻟتي ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺮﻳﺔ.
ﻭﺑﻤﻘﺎﺭﻧﺔ ﻣﻘﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﺔ
ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﻠﺼﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻤﺎﺫﺝ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻴﺔ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻊ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﻫﻦ
ﻟﻀﻔﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺮ ﻓﻰ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ، ﻳﺴﻌﻰ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ إﻟﻰ ﺭﺻﺪ ﺣﺼﺮﺍً ﺩﻗﻴﻘﺎً للإﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺎﺕ
ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺎﺣﺔ ﻭﺍلأﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺍﻟتي لا ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﺓ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻄﺎﻉ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺮﻳﺔ.
ﺃﺧﻴﺮﺍً ﻳﺨﻠﺺ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ إﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻋلى ﺍلإﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮﺩﺓ ﻋلى ﺿﻔﺎﻑ ﻧﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺟﺰﻳﺮﺗﻲ
ﺍﻟﺰﻣﺎﻟﻚ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﻭﺿﺔ ﺳﻮﺍء ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺗﺮﺍﺛﻴﺔ، ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺨﻴﺔ، ﺗﺮﻓﻴﻬﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺗﺠﺎﺭﻳﺔ ، ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ
ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻣﻬﺎ ﻟﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﺍﺓ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ التي ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﺓ
ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻋلى ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺟﺐ ﺍﺳﺘﻐﻼﻟﻬﺎ.
ABSTRACT
Distinctive natural sites, especially waterfront
areas inside cities are attractive to tourism activities, the River-Banks.
The
paper discussed the lack of the river tourism development on banks of the River
Nile although it has a lot of opportunities for an appropriate riverine tourism
on its banks, in particular, in Greater Cairo region, where many recreational
and tourism potential are exist.
Thus the
research studied the river tourism to the emerged within international cities,
which depends on multiple natural and human factors located on the banks of the river, where the luxury tourist boats and
several types of Sports River had been increased The paper aimed to introduce a field inventory of
the tourist potential of the banks of the Nile River
through a field survey identifying the possibilities that exist on the banks of
the River Nile in Zamalek and EL- Roda that can be used as a key-core to the
fluvial tourism. Comparing potentials and riverine tourism requirements derived
from studying worldwide models with the status quo of the riverbanks in the
area of research.
Finally, the research developed a tangible inventory of the
potentials on the banks of the River Nile in
islands of Zamalek and El-Roda, and possibilities and activities that could be
applied to the riverine tourism, whether
traditional, historical, recreational or commercial, which results can be
applied to identify those components to be exploited.
