ملخص
تعددت النظريات والاجتاهات لتحديد مفهوم ومعنى واضح ووظيفي لتخطيط المدن وعمارتها ولإيجاد المكان الذي يفي بالإحتياجات الإنسانية دون الاخلال بعلاقه الإنسان بالبيئة، فعلاقة الإنسان بالبيئة تشير إلى أهمية معرفة أثر هذا البعد البيئي على تخطيط المدن وعمارتها، فالعمارة هي مرآة صادقة تعكس بيئتنا وواقعنا بجميع عناصرها من مناخ وتطور اجتماعي وعلمي وتكنولوجي وثقافي .... وبدون شك إن الحضارة الإسلامية تعتبر من أعظم الحضارات لما لها من سخصية متميزة ومتفردة تطورت باستمرار لتلائم طبيعة وظروف كل مرحلة من المراحل التي نمر بها، فقد كانت المباني الإسلامية تحقق الموائمة البيئية والموائمة الوظيفية والصدق في التعبير إلى جانب تحقيق المعايير الجمالية والإبداعية، وأجمل ما في العمارة الإسلامية هي المقياس الإنساني الذي بنيت عليه، هذا البعد الإنساني في العمارة الإسلامية جعلها منسجمة مع الثوابت المناخية والتقاليد وروح الحضارة الإسلامية.
ولم يحدث في التاريخ البشري أن إستطاعت مجموعة بشرية العيش طويلاً حين دخلت فى حالة عداء مع بيئتها، ولن يكتب لأي مجموعة بشرية أن تحقق أياً من الانجازات الحضارية إذا سارت على هذا الطريق. ونذكر على سبيل المثال لا الحصر أنه - حدث أن تبنينا في العقدين الماضيين - تحديداً- أنماطاً من العمارة والبناء لا تتناغم وأبسط المعطيات البيئية التي نعيش فيها وكانت النتيجة أننا ندفع الآن ثمناً غالياً على أصعدة مختلفة، منها اختفاء ذلك التراث المعماري العظيم الذي خلفه لنا الأوائل، وفقدان مدننا لشخصيتها التي طالما ميزتها عن باقي مدن العالم عبر التاريخ واستنزاف بعض مواردنا من الطاقة لجعل الحياة ممكنة في بيت عيبها الأساسي أنها غريبة ومغتربة عن بيئتها.

Abstract
Many theories and trends to determine the meaning of the concept and a clear and functional planning of cities and architecture and to find a place that meets the needs .of humanity without prejudice to the relationship of the human environmen.
Relationship of humanity to the environment indicate the importance of the impact of this environmental dimension to the city planning construction, architecture is the mirror reflecting the true realities of our environment and all elements of the climate and the evolution of social, scientific, technological and cultural .... and without a doubt that the Islamic civilization is one of the greatest civilizations because of its distinct character unique and constantly evolved to suit the nature and circumstances of each stage we are going through, it was the harmonization of Islamic buildings and environmentalfriendly and functional expression of sincerity in achieving the standards in addition to aesthetic and creative, and the most beautiful architecture in the Islamic humanitarian measure, which is built upon, this human dimension in architecture bring them into .line with Islamic principles and traditions, climate and the spirit of Islamic civilization Never in human history have that a human could live long when entered in a state of antagonism with the environment, and will not for any human group, to investigate any of the achievements of civilization, if this gone on the road. We recall, for example, is not limited and that there has been adopted in the past two decades - specifically - patterns of architecture, construction and the measures do not correspond to the basic environmental ,data in which we live and the result was that we now pay a high price at different levels ,including the disappearance of the great architectural heritage that has left us first and the loss of our personality, which as long as their cities from the rest of the world throughout history and the depletion of some of our energy to make life possible in the .homes of the main drawback in this case it is strange, for the expatriate environment.
