ABSTRACT
Arrapha it's one imprtant of north cities Mesopotamia in the prehistorical, Since period its lived and got going many horticulture important village's. And become great in the important of the prehistory. It'sconsiderd since Akadian period in horticulture regions which was very important and deponded by the country.
It was included on the meeting point in important business away between the eastand the west. And it's show the politic's part in good form since Gutian's control, and it's beaome the capital to Gutian's kingdom. It was very city which dynasty UrIII kings tried to control to the city in defrents away. Beside's it was from time to time fall under controled many of small country which it was ordered the power to north of Mesopotamia in beginning of Babglonian period and which named period of dynasty Isn-Larsa. Some times it was contracted some confederation to controll tomany near city, But in some times many of carctors there are try to do it several country. Even time which controed by kings of Babylon which retaining under controll even fall down by Hittit. But when Hurian controlled it's become in many of schollar thinks the capital of Horya'seast kingdom and which it was subordinated to Hanikalbat kingdom or Mittani kingdom. But after Asurian's controll it become very important region which named Arrapha region. And stoll like that's even fall Ashur country by Midia and then its followed Midia country.And as result of falled the city under controll by many of pawer from outside and inside we found the city it have difrence of people and difrence origin.
The kings of Mesopotamia were brong the prisoner of war from raided place and put there in Arrapha city. That's social homogeneity it was in the city and near city even in the costoms and the traditions. But about the called the city in that’s name in the long period or in that time. It has mony difference name. But one of that's name which identificationit was "Arrapha" which formed of two syllable the first part its mean (Four) and the second it was mean (Fish) which it become of meaning "Four Fish city" Uru Arba-ha.
