معايير الجمال وطرق قياسها في العمارة المعاصرة

الملخص:

  يرجع مفهوم الجماليات الكلاسيكية إلى الفلسفة اليونانية المبنيّة على نظريات أفلاطون وأرسطو؛ وقد تبنى أرسطو فكر معلمه أفلاطون الذي طرح أن الجمال هو المثال المطلق الإلهي، وسار على خطاه في اعتماد مبدأ المحاكاة؛ الذي يُحتم على الفن مشابهة الطبيعة والنقل منها، وقد دام تأثير الجماليات الكلاسيكية المُنطلقة من حدود الطبيعة طويلاً، حتى اللحظة التي علت فيها الأصوات المطالبة بتحرير الفن من قيوده في نهاية عصر النهضة، ما أدى إلى تحرر الفنون من سيطرة الجماليات الكلاسيكية ومعاييرها الثابتة، وتم الإعلان عن بداية عصر جمالي مختلف.

    فسح التغير الذي طرأ على الجماليات المجالَ أمام الفن ليتخطى مجرد كونه استجابةً لأسس سائدة، وباتت الجماليات غير معرفة بأسلوب واحد مفضل، أو طريقة منهجية ثابتة، كما علا الشأن الثقافي على حساب الجمالي نتيجة طغيان ثقافة ممنهجة من قبل سياسيات اقتصادية حركت مسار الفن حسب ما ترتأي، وباتت الفنون المعاصرة -بما فيها العمارة- تعاني من أزمة حقيقية، بعد أن تحول الجمال إلى ترويج ثقافي، وسط عولمة ثقافية فرضتها القوة المتنامية للدول الصناعية الكبرى، عولمة توظف الفن خدمةً لمصالحها، ولا تتوانى عن سحب أي شرعية للجماليات لا سيما الجماليات المعمارية، وأصبح التحدث بلغة الأنا المحلية، الإقليمية، أو القطرية، من وجهة نظر جمالية جديدة، تعبيراً مباشراً عن الانغلاق أو الانسحاب من مواطنية العالم، وقد أدّت هذه التعقيدات إلى انزياح الجماليات عن مسارها التاريخي وظهور مفاهيم جديدة ونظريات جمالية مطروحة كبدائل عن غياب المعايير الجمالية الكلاسيكية، والتي تتنوع وتختلف وحتى تتعارض أحياناً، ما يطرح إشكالية الحكم الجمالي على العمارة المعاصرة، في ظل غياب معايير الجمال الكلاسيكية، والتضارب الكبير لوجهات النظر حول المفهوم الجمالي المعاصر.

Aesthetics Standards and the methods of measuring them in Contemporary Architecture

Research Summary: 

   The concept of classical aesthetics is extending cumulatively beyond the ancient Greek civilization. This concept relies on Platonic theories which made beauty the subject of philosophy and morality, in which beauty itself is concerned with introducing a renewed interpretation regarding the resemble and simulation theory. The former theory says that technical beauty was based on certain rules and concepts during the last two centuries, which due to accumulating several philosophies, were allowed to head for a specific way in front of aesthetics to learn from a detached method or let's say a particular systematic method.

  In the West, Aesthetic history is considered to be a long, controversial and even contradictory one in which the seeds of aesthetic autonomy were formed as a result of many disengagements that emerged from Renaissance and may have worshiped later the technical modernity way that announced the end of classical age and put academic norms under review. After that, at a rapid pace a lot of technical conflicting trends have manifested successively whereas several technical trends have repeated modernist echoes that claimed other trends to adopt some historical foundations which were displaced by the idea of modernity.

  Under these conflicting paths, cultural affairs were at the top, at the expense of aesthetic affairs and a methodology culture was overshadowed by certain economic policies that turned the path of Art the way it deems it to be.

  In addition to this, Contemporary Arts, including Architecture, turned out to be suffering a real crisis; this is after beauty transforms to be only a cultural promotion. It was either a dollar or a euro, nothing else

All this was happening in the middle of a cultural globalization which was forced by the growing power of the major industrial countries. A globalization that employs Art to serve its interests and does not hesitate in leaving aesthetics out of legitimacy completely, especially architectural aesthetics. Speaking the language of local, regional and native ego has become a direct expression of being closed and dropping out from the world's citizenship.

   This complexity has led to release some new concepts and raise some aesthetic theories as an alternative for the absence of classical aesthetics standards that can vary and contradict as well. Here, lies exactly the research problematic matter in the lack of clarity and interference concerning today's architectural aesthetic propositions.

   Also we have the absence of a united fixed aesthetic theory that can be adopted to judge on any architectural work nowadays.

   This is the thing that grants the research an increasing importance and highlights an architectural aesthetic reality that changes continuously.

   Furthermore, it studies the change which occurred on architectural aesthetics reality under the influence of technical revolutions along with economic and political ideas. 

   The purpose of the research is limited to clarify what is going on in the very heart of contemporary architectural aesthetics and seeking their criterion, in addition to this, finding the appropriate answers to the following questions: 

What does contemporary aesthetics mean after the collapse of classical aesthetics ?

How can we pass aesthetic judgments of today's architecture ? 

Are there any aesthetic standards or basics that can work out on measuring the beauty of architecture at the present time ?
