الخلاصة
تواجه المدينة عدد من العوامل والقوى المؤثرة على
مكوناتها وعناصرها التي تعمل على احداث صفة التغيير في التنظيم الفضائي للبيئة
الحضرية، فالمدينة عبارة عن كيان عضوي له القابلية على التغير والتغيير مع ما
يتوافق مع القوى المحركة له، مما يؤدي الى اظهار انماط مختلفة من التنظيمات
الفضائية تبعاً لكل مدة زمنية .
درس البحث صفة التغيير التي يمر بها الهيكل الفضائي
للمدينة على وفق مراحل زمنية متعاقبة، حيث حُلل التنظيم الفضائي لمدينة بغداد منذ تأسيس
المدينة وحتى الوقت الحالي، والتي حُددِت بخمس مراحل زمنية، التي تظهر فيها خمسة
انماط من التنظيم الفضائي للمدينة، وكل تنظيم يظهر في مرحلة زمنية محددة يتسم
بالديمومة والاستمرارية في المراحل التي تليها وبنسب متفاوتة .

Abstract
The city is an organic entity that certainly affected by number of
factors and/or forces, as such, are known to be the acting components and
elements that bring change on the status of the urban environment, space, and
organization, and has the ability to be changed consistently by the driving
forces, ended to lead (depending on the time-space relationship) towards
different types of space organizations.
This paper tackles the change experienced by the space
organization/structure of the city according to the successive stages of time,
as the case for the space organization of Baghdad is analyzed since the
founding of the city , up to the present time, identifying five stages of time, and showing five
types of the city's space organization , as each space organization type
figures out itself to appear by a specific point in time that is characterized
by permanence and continuity in the stages after, with a varying degree of
appearance.
