توطن الأمراض وانتشارها في مركز الفرشة " دراسة في الجغرافيا الطبية "

ملخص الدراسة
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الأمراض المتوطنة في مركز الفرشة ، ومعرفة العوامل الطبيعية والبشرية المؤثرة في انتشار تلك الأمراض ، بالإضافة إلى معرفة التوزيع الجغرافي لهذه الأمراض ومـدى اخـتلاف شيوعها باختلاف الزمان والمكان.
وموضوع توطن الأمراض وانتشارها في مركز الفرشة يعتبر موضوعاً تطبيقيـاً،الجغرافيـا الطبيـة مجاله، ومركز الفرشة ميدانه ، وهو موضوع جـدير بالدراسـة ؛ لأن الجغرافيـا الطبيـة تتعلـق بالإنـسان، ولها دورها البارز في خدمة المجتمع بالإضافة إلى أهميتها القيمة جغرافياً وطبيـاً . ومنطقـة الدراسة بما يتوفر فيها من خصائص بيئية واجتماعية تعد ميداناً مناسباً للتطبيق .
هذه الدراسة أجابت عن عدة أسئلة تدور حول الأمراض المتوطنة ودور الخدمات الصحية في الحد من انتشارها ، فكشفت عن الأوضاع الصحية العامة في المنطقة المدروسة ، وأبرزت الـصور التوزيعيـة للأمراض المتوطنة، ونطاقات تركزها، وعوامل انتشارها و أعدت خرائط مرضية لها .
وقد تم جمع بيانات الدراسة عن طريق مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية في منطقة الدراسة ، حيـث تم تجميع بيانات الأمراض المتوطنة في هذه المراكز للأعوام من١٤٢١- ١٤٢٥ هـ واشـتملت بيانـات الدراسة على إجمالي ( ٣١٨٣ ) مصاباً بالأمراض المتوطنة ( الحمـى المالطيـة ، الملاريـا ، اللـشمانيا ، البلهارسيا ) خلال فترة الدراسة . كما قامت الدراسة بجمع البيانات والمعلومات الح قلية الـتي لم تكـن متوفرة من قبل ، وذلك من خلال استمارة الاستبيان التي ركزت على تسعة محاور ، غطت جميع جوانب هذه الدراسة.
وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية وفقاً للاتجاهات الحديثة في الجغرافيا الطبية وأبرزها دراسة الا رتباط بـين الأمراض المتوطنة ، وقياس درجة اختلاف ، وتركز الأمراض بالطرق الكمية المناسبة . وقد تميـزت هـذه الدراسة باستخدامها لمتغيرات أكثر عدداً ، وبأساليب إحصائية وبرامج متقدمة ومتنوعة ، إذ إنـه طبـق أسلوب معامل الارتباط بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتغيرات التابعة ، كذلك تم استخدام معامل الاخـتلاف والتباين والانحراف المعياري لمعرفة درجة الارتباط بين الظ ، هروا ولمعرفة درجة تركز الأمراض المتوطنـة وانتشارها. كما طبق اختبار مربع كاي للتعرف على أثر كل متغير علـى المـتغيرات المـستخدمة في الأمراض المتوطنة . كما تم تحليل البيانات الحق لية بعد فرزها عن طريق برنامج spss، أمـا الخـرائط المرضية فقدتم رسمها وتوزيع الأمراض المتوطنة عليها من خلال ثلاثة برامج هي برنامج نظم المعلومـات الجغرافية Gis، وبواسطة برنامج الفوتوشوب Photoshop وبرنامج الأوتوكاد Auto Cad .
وتتكون الدراسة من مشكلة الدراسة وستة فصول إلى جانب قوائم المحتويات والجداول والأشـكال ، فالمشكلة تناول ت منطقة الدراسة و مشكلة الدراسة وأهمية دراستها و أهدافها وتساؤلاتها ، واستعراض أهم الدراسات السابقة حول الموضوع ، بينما تناول الفصل الأول الإطار النظري للدراسة ، والذي تطرق إلى الإجراءات المنهجية ا لتي سلكها الباحث لإ نجاز دراسته . مع تناول موضوعات مهمة في موضوع الدراسة كمفهوم الجغرافيا الطبية وتطورها . على حين خصص الفصلُ الثاني لخصائص الأمراض المتوطنة ( الحمى المالطية، الملاريا، اللشمانيا، البلهارسيا ) من حيث التعريف والسبب والتسمية ونشأته وأنواعه وآ ثـاره . بينما تناول الفصل الثالث صور التوزيع الجغرافي للأمراض المتوطنة بمركز الفرشة ، وبين درجة ارتبـاط تلك الأمراض وتطورها خلال فترة الدراسة ، وأختص الفصل الرابع لمناقشة العوامل الطبيعية المـؤثرة في توطن الأمراض مثل الموقع الجغرافي والتضاريس والمناخ والمياه .
أما الفصل الخامس فقد خصص لتتبـع العوامل البشرية المؤثرة في توطن الأمراض في مركز الفرشة مثل مستوى التعليم والوضـع الاقتـصادي والاجتماعي وغيرها ، في حين ركز الفصل السادس والأخير على دراسة الإمكانات الطبيـة ، وطـرق مكافحة الأمراض المتوطنة في مركز الفرشة، وأخيراً الخاتمة التي تحمل نتائج الدراسة وتوصياتها.
Summary of the study
This study aimed to determine the endemic diseases at the centre of Brush and knowledge of the natural and human factors influencing the spread of these diseases in addition to the knowledge of the geographical distribution of these diseases and how different the past decade in different time and place.

This study answered several questions revolve around the role of endemic diseases and health services in limiting the spread of revealing about the general health conditions in the area studied and highlighted the distributional images of endemic disease and concentration ranges and spread factors and maps prepared satisfactory to them.
The study data were collected through primary health care centers in the region where the study was compiled data endemic diseases in these centers for the years 1421-1425 And included data from the 3183 total Infected with brucellosis endemic diseases and malaria, leishmaniasis and schistosomiasis during the study period as the study data collection and information field which were not available before, through the form questionnaire, which focused on 9 hubs covering all aspects of the study.
