ملخص
تعد الخدمـات الصحية أحد أهم الدعائم الرئيسية التي تحرص الـدول علـى تقـديمها وتمويلهـا وإدارتهـا ؛ علـى اعتبـار أن تقـديم مثـل هـذه الخـدمات للمـواطنين يـؤدي في النهايـة الى المحافظـة علـى المـوارد البشـرية الـتي هـي الركيزة الرئيسية للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في أي مجتمع .
ومـن هـذا المنطلـق بـذلت المملكـة العربيـة السـعودية جهـودا عظيمـة في التخطـيط للخـدمات الصـحية وفـق ومـن هـذا المنطلـق بـذلت المملكـة العربيـة السـعودية جهـودا أسلوب علمـي آخـذ بعـين الاعتبـار مبـدأ التوزيـع الجغـرافي المتـوازن للخـدمات الصـحية وذلـك مـن خـلال خططهـا التنمويــة الــتي أكــدت علــى ضــرورة الارتقــاء بالخــدمات الصــحية وتقــديمها بمســتوى عــال مــن الكفــاءة وتوفيرهــا لسكان المدن والقرى .
ولا شك أن تحقيق ذلـك في مدينـة مثـل مكـة المكرمـة يتطلـب تـوفير شـبكة واسـعة مـن المستشـفيات ومراكـز الرعايـة الصـحية الأوليـة تتـوزع جغرافيـا أحيـاء المدينـة بطريقـة تراعـي الوضـع الجغـرافي للأحيـاء وكثافـة السـكان بها ، إضافة إلى تطوير المنشآت القائمة وزيادة كفاءتها بإعادة تنظيمها ، أو تعزيزها بالأفراد والإمكانيات .
يهـدف هـذا البحـث إلى التعـرف علـى نمـط لتوزيـع الجغـرافي للمراكـز الصـحية في مدينـة مكـة المكرمـة ودرجـة التباين في توزيع الخدمات والقوى البشرية والتجهيزات بين أحياء المدينة ، إضافة إلى تحديد حجـم القـوى البشـرية الصــحية وغــير الصــحية العاملــة في المراكــز ومــدى تناســبها مــع الحجــم الســكاني للمنطقــة المخدومــة ، ودراســة الخصائص الموقعية للخدمات الصحية في العاصمة المقدسـة ومـن ثم اقـتراح مواقـع للمراكـز الصـحية في المواقـع الـتي تقـل فيهـا كفـاءة الخدمـة . وتعتمـد الدراسـة علـى المـنهج التحليلـي الكمـي حيـث تم تطبيـق أسـلوب صـلة الجـوار وكـآي تربيـع في دراسـة أنمـاط التوزيـع المكـاني للخـدمات الصـحية بمدينـة مكـة المكرمـة ، وقـد أظهـرت الدراسـة حاجـة مدينـة مكـة لإنشـاء مستشـفى آخـر لخدمـة الأمومـة والطفولـة إضـافة لحاجـة بعـض أجـزاء المدينـة إلى زيادة أعداد المراكز الصحية بها .

A Study of the Geography of Services

Health services are considered as one of the main pillars which countries are concerned to offer, finance and manage because offering such services to citizens leads at the end to preserving the human resources which constitute the main pillar of social and economic development in any society. From this perspective, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has offered great offers in planning for health services according to a scientific way which takes in consideration the principle of the balanced geographical distribution of health services through its developmental plans which emphasize the importance of improving health services and offer them in a high level of efficiency and making them available for the inhabitants of cities and villages.
There is no doubt that achieving that in a city like Makkah requires a wide network of hospitals and primary health centers distributed geographically on the districts of the city in a way that considers the geographical situation of the districts and the population density in them, beside developing the existing institutions and increasing their efficiency by reorganizing them, on reinforce them with individuals and potentials.
This research aims to identify the pattern of the geographic distribution of health centers in Makkah and the degree of heterogeneity in the distribution of services and manpower and the preparations between the districts of the city, in addition to determining the size of health manpower and non-health manpower which work in centers and how they fit the population of the served region, and studying the locative characteristics of health services in the Holy city then suggesting positions of health centers in places where the services efficiency decreases.
To achieve the mentioned goals the study will adopt the quantitative approach in analysis where the method of neighboring link and Kai square will be applied in studying the patterns of locative distribution of health services in Makkah; it will also use Arc Aview 9 program in modeling the locative characteristics of the health services in the city.
The researcher strives for the study to reach scientific results in increasing the efficiency of the health services offered to the people in the Holy city, and identifying the inadequacies in the distribution of services and manpower, and suggesting suitable solutions and substitutions.
