This study is a part of the geography of religions that focus in studying the geographical distribution of religions in the world, especially the distribution map of the Islamic countries, the characteristics of their population; Muslim minorities, their characteristics, motivations that led to their conversion to Islam. Furthermore it will deal with the geographical sphere of Islam. This kind of studies deal with newly converted Muslims whether in their homeland or another place the live on. The study focuses on the geographical distribution of the original homeland of the newly converted Muslims in Al-Ahssa region, such as Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, the motives that led to their conversion to Islam, and any constraints might face them. It will study also some of their social and economic and characteristics. At this point the study will use a methodology of comparative where each country has its own unique characteristics and as well as the of characteristics of new-Muslims, including similar and dissimilar. The number of new Muslims Al-Ahssa since the foundation of the Islamic Dawaa Center in 1993 to 11 087 Muslims in 2014. The study has applied a number of approaches and methods such as objective and Behavioral, and also Cartography method in addition to Questionnaires and the field study, which relied on personal interviews with a number of new Muslims in their headquarters or the Dawaa center in order to complete the data that was not collected from administrative records.
