تُعدَ مشكلة الوقوف والتوقف العشوائي من أهم المشاكل التي تعاني منها معظم دول العالم، إذ يؤدي إلى الازدحام المروري وعرقلة حركة المرور، كما تُعدَ مدينة الأعظمية من بين مدن العراق خاصة والعالم عامة التي تعاني من هذا المشكلة والذي ازدادت حدته بزيادة أعداد السيارات فضلاً عن سوء التخطيط وكذلك نقص الوعي المروري لدى سائقي المركبات وزيادة أعداد السيارات، وزيادة اعداد السكان داخل المدينة ,وهذا ما أدى الى عدة مشاكل من بينها الاختناق والازدحام المروري لاسيما على مستوى الشوارع التجارية الموجودة في بلدية الأعظمية وكذلك سوء الخدمات النقل الجماعي.
فقامت الدراسة ببحث المشكلة وتأثيرها من النواحي المبينة في الفصول الآتية:
تضمن الفصل الأول: دراسة الإطار النظري استعرض فيه أهم مفاهيم النقل
الحضري ومشكلة البحث وفرضية الأهداف ومبررات، الدراسة وبين الحدود المكانية
والزمانية لمدينة وتناول تطور التاريخي للمدينة وكيف كانت شوارع وتطورات إلى يومنا
الحاضر.
Random Parking of Vehicles on Both Sides of Trade Streets in Al-Adhamiya Municipality and its Effect on Traffic Flow

Abstract:
Random parking is considered one of the
important problems that many countries suffer from as it leads to traffic jam
and hinders the ordinary traffic flow. Al Adhamiya city is among the Iraqi cities, in particular,
and among the world, in general, suffers from this problem which got sharper
because of increasing number of cars in addition to bad planning and lack
traffic awareness that result in heavy traffic jam especially in trading
streets in Al Adhamiya city and bad
public means of transport.
The present study studied this problem and
its effects through the following chapters:
The first chapter includes the literature
review that shows the most important concepts of transports, the problem of the
study, aims, hypotheses, time and spatial limits of the city and the historical
development of the city and how the city were and how they developed up to the
present time.
The second chapter tackles natural and
human factors and their effects on cars flow and the range of cars number
increasing and how it affects the streets specially the trading ones. Whereas,
the third chapter starts with a detailed study of the real
case of Al Adhamiya city of the year 2022. The study is a field study that
tackles distribution of streets, garages according to the avenue if the city
concerned. To show the data, this study depends on a large number of tables,
diagrams, maps to clarify the geographical phenomena of the city under study.
The fourth chapter is dedicated to a field study of transport, vehicles flow
and the rush hours by using the qualitative approaches to show the relation
between two dependent variants (x1 x2), the second approach is by inserting the
cliffing that connects between two variants the dependent and the independent
ones. Finally, the study comes with a number of facts to verify its hypothesis.
It also presented a number of findings recommendations and alternatives to the
problems within the physical and immaterial limits of the governments to
encompass the problem to treat it or at least to decrease its effect in the
present time and in the future.
