مداخل القاهرة الكبرى : دراسة في جغرافية النقل
تهدف الدراسة الى دراسة مداخل القاهرة الكبرى وتناولت التعرف بالموضوع وأسباب اختيار الموضوع وأهدافه وتساؤلات الدراسة ومناهج وأساليب الدراسة ومصادر الدراسة ومحتوياتها كذلك العوامل الجغرافية المؤثرة في طرق المداخل وخصائص شبكة طرق المداخل ويتناول حركة مركبات نقل الركاب وحركة مركبات نقل البضائع ومعوقات الحركة المرورية وتقويم الشبكة النقل .
یعـد إقلیم القاهرة الكبرى مركز الثقل والاقتصادي فـي مصر، ویرتبط الإقليم بباقي أنحاء البلاد بـشبكة كبیرة مـن الطـرق الرئیسیة والسریعة التي تمثل مداخل ومخارج للإقليم إلى أنحاء مصر المختلفة ومنها إلى خارج البلاد، وقد تم تمییـز تلك الشبكة في أربعة مداخل رئیسیة حسب موقعها الجغرافي من الإقليم هــي طرق المــداخل الشمالیة، طرق المداخل الــشرقیة، طرق المداخل الجنوبية ، طرق المداخل الـغربية .
وتتألف هذه الدراسة من خمسة فصول یسبقها مقدمة ويعقبها خاتمة وتضم المقدمـة التعریف بمداخل القاهرة الكبرى، وأسباب اختیار الموضوع وأهداف الدراسة وأهمیة الدراسة ومشكلة البحث ومناهج البحث وأسالیبه ومادة الدراسة ومصادرها والدراسات السابقة ثم خطة الدراسة.
یتناول الفصل الأول العوامل الطبیعیـة والبـشریة التي تـؤثر فـي شـبكة طـرق مـداخل القاهرة، وتتمثل العوامل الجغرافية الطبیعیـة في الموقع الجغرافي، وعلاقاته المكانية والمناخ وأثر مظاهر السطح علـى شـبكة طـرق مداخل القاهرة الكبرى، أمـــا العوامـــل الجغرافیة البشریة فتتمثل في الأثـر المتبادل بین إنشاء طرق القاهرة الكبرى وأعداد السكان والعمران والأنشطة الاقتـصادیة علـى تلـك الطرق.
ویتناول الفصل الثاني خصائص شبكة طرق مداخل القاهرة الكبرى، مــن حیث التطورات الإنشائية التي قامت مـن أجل إنشاء التي وتطـویر وصـیانة تلك الطـرق، كما وقفت على الخصائص العامة لشبكة طرق الدراسة، ثم تصنیف طرق مداخل القاهرة الكبرى.
ويناقش الفصل الثالث حركة مركبات نقل الركاب على طرق مـداخل القاهرة الكبرى، مـن حیـث تطـور حجـم الحركـة علـى طـرق المـداخل مـن فتـرة زمنیـة لأخـرى، والاختلاف في حجـم الحركة المروریة من قطـاع لآخـر على الطریـق الواحـد، ومـن فـصل مناخي لآخـر، ومـن شـهر لآخـرعلـى شـبكة الطـرق، كذلك تم تطبیـق دراسـة حجـم الاخـتلاف فـي حجـم الحركـة المروریـة مـن یـوم لآخـر ومـن ساعىة لأخرى علـــى طریـــق القـــاهرة الإسـكندریة الزراعي الذي یعد أكبر طرق الدراسة من حیث حجم الحركة المروریة علیه وتم دراسـة خـصائص الركاب على الطریق،كما تم تصنيف وسـائل نقـل الركاب الأكثر استخداماً في الحركة على طرق المداخل .
في حين يتناول الفصل الرابع حركـة مركبـات نقـل البـضائع علـى طـرق مـداخل القـاهرة الكبـرى، مـن حیـث تطـور حجـم الحركـة علـى الطـرق مـن عـام لآخـر ومـن فـصل مناخي لآخـر ، ومـن شـهر لآخـر على الطرق، كذلك تم تصنیف وسائل نقل البضائع على طرق مداخل القاهرة الكبرى.
واهتم الفـصل الخـامس بدراسـة معوقـات الحركـة المروریـة وتقـويم الـشبكة النقلیـة لمـداخل القـاهرة الكبـرى، حيث أتضح أن هناك العدیـد مـن المعوقـات التـي تؤثر وتتـأثر فـي شـبكة طــرق مــداخل القاهرة الكبرى، كما تم تقـويم الـشبكة النقلیـة لمـداخل القـاهرة الكبـرى بنـاء علـى المعـاییر الجغرافیـة، وتـم تقويم المشروعات الحالیة والمستقبلیة القائمة على شبكة طرق مداخل القاهرة الكبرى.
ویعقبها خاتمة لخـصت أهـم النتائج المستخلـصة مـــن الدراسـة، وقدمت بعـض التوصـیات والاقتراحات التي تساعد على حل المشكلات التي تواجه مداخل القاهرة الكبرى.

Abstract
Inlets of Greater Cairo
"A Study of Transport Geography"
The Greater Cairo Region is considered as the center of gravity of population and economy in Egypt; it is linked to the rest of the country's large network of major roads and highways that represent the inlets of the region to Egypt's various places and extend to outside the country, that road network has been specified into four main inlets according to geographical location of the county which are inlets of Northern, Eastern, Southern, Western roads.
This Thesis consists of five chapters, preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion. The introduction explain the definition of Greater Cairo Inlets, and explains the reasons for selecting the topic and its objectives, and to explain the importance of the study, the research problematic, research approaches, the study data sources, and the previous relevant studies, then the study content.
The first chapter deals with the natural geographic factors and human impact on the road network inlets to Cairo, The geography of natural geographical location and its relationship with spatial and climate and the impact of aspects of the surface on the road network inlets of Greater Cairo, Factors Human Geography is to effect the mutual construction of roads inlets of Greater Cairo and the number of population, urbanization and economic activities on those roads.
The second chapter deals with the properties of a road network inlets of Greater Cairo, in terms of structural developments that have for the establishment, development and maintenance of these roads, as it illustrates the general characteristics of a network roads under study, then classifies for roads of Greater Cairo Inlets.
The third chapter discusses the movement of vehicles transporting passengers on the routes inlets Greater Cairo, in terms of the evolution of the volume of traffic on roads inlets from period to period, and differences in the volume of traffic from one sector to another on a given road, and from one season climate to another, and from month to month on the road network, as well as been applied study of the size of the difference in traffic volume from day to day, and from hour to hour on the Cairo - Alexandria agriculture, which is the largest study roads in terms of volume of traffic, it was studying the properties of the passengers on the road, as the classification and transportation of passengers the most widely used in traffic roads inlets.
While chapter four deals with the movement of goods vehicles on roads inlets of Greater Cairo, in terms of the evolution of the volume of traffic on the roads from one year to another and from one season climate to another, and from month to month on the roads, as well as the classification and transportation of goods on roads inlets of Greater Cairo.
The fifth chapter focuses on study impediments to traffic flow and evaluation of the network for transmission of the inlets to Greater Cairo, where it became clear that there are many obstacles that affect and are affected by the road network inlets of Greater Cairo, and to evaluate the network for transmission of the inlets to Greater Cairo according to many of the geographic criteria, and assesses the current and future projects relaying on road network inlets of Greater Cairo.
The conclusion summarized the most important scientific results acquired from the study, and introduction some recommendations and suggestions that help solve problems facing the Inlets of Greater Cairo.
