Abstract
The Newcomers Labor And Its Elation With Crime As To Causes Patterns In The Saudi Arabia Society A Field Of Study In The Prisons of Jidah In The Prison of Judah city

This study aims to identify the relation of the newcomers of the prisoners in the prison of Jidah city in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia with crime as to causes and patterns.
To achieve the study goals, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample (272) participants, the social survey approach as was used. The study showed the following results:
1. The need for money was the most significant cause in the labors to commit crimes then the bad colleagues, the ignorant in rules and regulations, the revenge, following ones intrinsic and attraction, the family problems, and finally the unemployment.
2. The most committed crimes among the newcomers labor were theft, drugs, murder, making alcoholic drinks, alcohol and prostitution faking, money launder and having weapon to be used.
3. The results showed that there is no relation between the variables, nationality marital status and the crime commitment causes.
4. The results showed no relation between the following variables; the age, educational level, place of residency, marital status and the type of the crime, and that there is a relation between religion, nationality, and crime.
