الملخص

  الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة هي من أهم الأخطار التـي تتهدد البنى الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية والنظم السياسية للبلدان التـي ابتليت بها، وبالتالي تتسبب بأضرار على كافة المستويات. 

   ولعل الأضرار العمرانية والمعمارية، هي التسجيل الحي لما تخلفه الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة من دمار. ويأتي في المقدمة تدمير العمارة والعمران المرتبط بالمجتمع والذي يمثل ذاكرة وهوية هذا المجتمع، وخاصة تدمير العمارة التراثية التي تضم بوجه عام أنواعاً مختلفةً من المباني تصور أوجهاً من الأنشطة الإنسانية في فترات مختلفة من التاريخ، ولكل نوع من هذه المباني طبيعة خاصة تفرض أسلوباً مختلفاً في التعامل معها، وتعتمد على أهمية المبنى وقيمته التاريخية واإلمكانات المتاحة.

وانطلاقاً من ذلك اتجهنا في هذا البحث إلى التفكير في كيفية إعادة إعمار المباني التاريخية والتي تعرضت للتخريب والدمار بسبب الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة كقيمة رمزية يجب الحفاظ عليها، حيث سيتوجه هذا البحث إلى عرض المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بإعادة الإعمار بعد الحروب والكوارث، إلى جانب دراسة الاتجاهات المختلفة و إمكانية تطبيقها في مدينة حلب القديمة، وذلك من خلال رصد بعض الحالات لإعادة إعمار المباني التاريخية العربية والغربية التي تأثرت بالكوارث البشرية والتي تم تطبيق هذه الاتجاهات عليها. كمحاولة لإعداد دراسة تمهيدية لإعادة إعمار المباني التاريخية في المدن التاريخية التي تتعرض في الوقت الحالي للدمار والتهالك بسبب الأحداث التي تشهدها منطقتنا بشكل عام والمدن التاريخية فيها على وجه الخصوص.

Reconstruction of Historical Buildings in Old 

Aleppo City (Public Buildings as a Case study) 

Abstract 

   Wars and armed conflicts are one of the main threats to social, cultural, economic structures and political systems of the countries that have plagued, and thereby have caused damage on all levels, and perhaps urban and architectural damages are live recording of the impact of wars and armed conflicts destruction.

   And especially the destruction of architecture and construction-related to society, which represents the memory and identity of this society, and primarily the destruction of traditional architecture, which includes different types of buildings depicting aspects of humanitarian activities in different periods of history. Each type of there Traditional buildings has especial nature to be incited in the way dealing with, and depend on the importance of the building and its historical value and available potential, this has directed us to think in the reconstruction of historical buildings which have been attacked by the impact of war and armed conflicts as symbolic value which must be preserved. 

   We are going to demonstrate the theoretical concepts related to reconstruction after wars and disasters, as well as the study of different directions for the reconstruction of historical buildings through the monitoring of the Arab and international case studies, which were affected by human disasters, that were applied by these trends. This is attempt to prepare a preliminary study for the reconstruction of historical buildings in cities that are exposed currently to the destruction and depreciation due to the events which our region is witnessing them in general and the historical cities in particular.
