الطريق الدولي والتنمية الصناعية بمراكز شمالي الدلتا: دراسة في الجغرافيا الاقتصادية باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة أثر الطريق الدولي الساحلي على التنمية الصناعية في النطاق الممتد بين فرعي النيل بشمال وسط الدلتا، وقد اشتملت الدراسة على خمسة فصول تسبقها مقدمة تناولت أسباب اختيار الموضوع ومناهج الدراسة وأساليبها المستخدمة ومحتوياتها.
جاء الفصل الأول موضحاً الواقع الجغرافي للطريق من حيث الخصائص الهندسية وحجم الحركة عليه، ودراسة كفاءة استخدام الطريق بالاعتماد على مؤشر الاتصالية بين العقد الحضرية على الطريق. أما الفصل الثاني فقد اختص بدراسة مقومات التنمية الصناعية بمراكز منطقة الدراسة أهمها: المواد الخام ومصادر الطاقة ورأس المال والسوق والنقل بالإضافة إلى عوامل أخرى مثل: الموقع الجغرافي والظروف المناخية، وموارد المياه.
وقد اختص الفصل الثالث بدراسة التوزيع المكاني للصناعات حسب ثلاثة عناصر هي: عدد المنشآت الصناعية وحجم العمالة الصناعية ورأس المال المستثمر. وبالفصل الرابع تمت دراسة المناطق الصناعية المرتبطة بنشأة الطريق الدولي وهي خمسة مناطق تتوزع من الشرق إلى الغرب على النحو التالي: (المنطقة الحرة بدمياط الجديدة، المنطقة الصناعية بدمياط الجديدة، المنطقة الصناعية بجنوب غرب جمصة، منطقة بلطيم الصناعية، منطقة مطوبس الصناعية)، حيث تعد هذه المناطق الصناعية تطبيقاً للتنمية اللامركزية وتجسيد لنظرية أقطاب النمو. ويتناول الفصل الخامس مستقبل التنمية الصناعية بمنطقة الدراسة من حيث دراسة المتغيرات الكلية للتنمية الصناعية باستخدام التحليل العاملي، وكذلك استخدام التحليل الرباعي SOWT في إظهار نقاط القوة والضعف ومكامن الفرص ومكامن الخطر التي توجد بمنطقة الدراسة وتكتنف التنمية الصناعية وتوجهاتها المكانية.
جاءت الخاتمة بأهم النتائج والتوصيات وفي مقدمتها رفع كفاءة النقل بالطريق الدولي الساحلي بإعادة الرصف وتقديم مزيد من الخدمات الأساسية مثل: محطات الوقود ونقاط الإسعاف والخدمات الأمنية، كذلك مراعاة البعد البيئي عند إقامة المناطق الصناعية المستحدثة والقيام بتحديث الصناعة بنقل التقنية وتوطينها، واستخدام المحفزات الموجودة مثل: المواد الخام ووفورات النقل.
مستخلص الرسالة
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى إبراز أثر الطريق الدولي الساحلي المار بشمال وسط دلتا النيل على التنمية الصناعية بالمراكز الإدارية الواقعة في هذا الإطار المكاني، حيث تحتوي الدراسة على خمسة فصول تسبقها مقدمة وتبعها خاتمة، وقد شملت المقدمة أسباب اختيار الموضوع، وفرضيات الدراسة، والمناهج المستخدمة في الدراسة وأساليبها. يأتي الفصل الأول بعنوان "الواقع الجغرافي للطريق الدولي وخصائصه بالمراكز الشمالية بوسط دلتا النيل" حيث تمت دراسة خصائص الطريق من حيث الخصائص الجغرافية والخصائص الهندسية وأثرها على توزيع الحركة للركاب والبضائع والاتصالية "سهولة الوصول".
وبالفصل الثاني "مقومات التنمية الصناعية بالمراكز الشمالية بوسط دلتا النيل" تمت دراسة العوامل الرئيسة المؤثرة في التنمية الصناعية مثل: (المواد الخام ومصادر الطاقة والنقل ورأس المال والسوق بالإضافة إلى عوامل أخرى يشملها الموقع ومظاهر السطح، والمناخ وموارد المياه).
ويتناول الفصل الثالث: "توزيع الصناعات بالمراكز الصناعية بوسط دلتا النيل" وتم الاعتماد على ثلاث متغيرات هي: (عدد المنشآت الصناعية وحجم العمالة الصناعية وحجم الاستثمارات) ودراسة خصائص الصناعة من حيث قوتها وأهميتها النسبية ونمط التنوع الصناعي.
أما الفصل الرابع المناطق الصناعية بالمراكز الشمالية بوسط دلتا النيل، من حيث المناطق الصناعية المرتبطة بنشأة الطريق الدولي وأنماطها المكانية، وتطورها والتركيب النوعي للصناعات بها. ويتناول الفصل الخامس: التنمية الصناعية ومستقبلها بالمراكز الشمالية بوسط دلتا النيل، وهذا بالاعتماد على أسلوب التحليل العاملي لمتغيرات المفسرة للتنمية الصناعية، وكذلك التعرض نقاط القوة والضعف والمكامن الفرص . ومكامن المخاطر التي تعرض التنمية الصناعية بمنطقة الدراسة بالاعتماد على أسلوب التحليل الرباعي SWOT، وتأتي الخاتمة [أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة والتي تهدف إلى تطوير الطريق الدولي ورفع كفاءته في خدمة التنمية الصناعية بمنطقة الدراسة، والتوسع في نشر التنمية الصناعية المكانية بمنطقة الدراسة.

The International Hi-way & The industrial development in North Delta district between two branches of River Nile A study in the economic geography by using geographical information systems This study aims to examine the impact of the international coastal highway in the Extended range between the branches of the Nile “Middle –Northern of Delta” on industrial development, the study included introduction and five chapters addressed the reasons for choosing the subject, methodology, techniques used and their contents.
The first chapter illustrates the geographical reality of the road in terms of engineering characteristics and the mass of the movements, and to study the efficiency of the use of the road depending on the Accessibility indicator between nods on the road. The second chapter discusses the elements of industrial development in the study area including such as: raw materials, power resources, capital, market and transport as well as other factors such as geographic location, climatic conditions and water resources.
The third chapter studies the spatial distribution of industries according to three elements: number of industrial factories, size of industrial employment and capital invested.
The fourth chapter addressed industrial zones associated with the emergence of the international road, They are five regions distributed from east to west as follows: (Free Zone in New Damietta, New Damietta Industrial Zone, industrial zone in southwest Gamasa, industrial area in Baltim, industrial zone in Motobas), where these industrial zones are considered the application of decentralization development and embodiment of the theory of growth poles.
The fifth chapter addressed the future of industrial development in the study area in terms of study of total variables of industrial development using factor analysis technique , as well as the use of SOWT analysis to show the Strengths, weakness, opportunities and Threats that exist in the study and the surrounding industrial development and spatial Orientation. Finally, the conclusion of the most important findings and recommendations like raising transport efficiency of the international coastal road by re-paving and providing more basic services, such as gas stations, ambulances aids and security services, as well as taking into matters the environmental dimension when setting up a developed industrial areas and to update the industry by transferring technology and established, and using of existing catalysts, such as: raw materials and transportation savings
Dissertation Abstract
The present study aims to highlight the international coastal passing north impact the way the center of the Nile Delta on industrial development located in this spatial framework, where the study contains five chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by a finale, included provided reasons for choosing subject of administrative centers, and the hypotheses of the study, and the methods used in the study and methods.
The first chapter entitled "The geographical reality of the international road and characteristics northern centers in central Nile Delta," comes as a study has characteristics of the road in terms of geographical characteristics and properties of engineering and its impact on the distribution of the movement of passengers and goods and communicative "easy access."
The second chapter, "the elements of the Industrial Development Northern centers in central Nile Delta" has been studied major factors affecting industrial development, such as: raw materials and sources of energy, transportation, capital, market and other factors included in the site, and the manifestations of the surface, climate and water resources.
The third chapter: "the distribution of industries and industrial centers in central Nile Delta" were relying on three variables are: (number of industrial enterprises and the volume of industrial employment and the size of investments) and the study of the characteristics of the industry in terms of its strength and the relative importance of the pattern of industrial diversification.
The fourth chapter of industrial zones Northern centers in central Nile Delta, in terms of industrial zones associated with the genesis of the international road and spatial patterns, and evolution of the qualitative composition of the industries. The Fifth chapter: Industrial development and future of the Northern centers in central Nile Delta, and that depending on the method of factor analysis of the variables unexplained industrial development, as well as exposure to the strengths and weaknesses and reservoirs opportunities and reservoirs risks Industrial Development presented the study area based on the style of fourwheel analysis SWOT.
