Abstract
The importance of the study is concentrated to detect the reality of the spatial distribution of social services and the appropriateness of the distribution with the population density in the region, in both quantitatively and qualitatively aspects .
Through the findings of the study, using a variety of scientific methods, including field study and field survey as well as the planning criteria that are used and depended to estimate the individual (per capita) share of services and the use of a standard degree of satisfaction with the service population and accessibility, as well as using a method presumption closest neighbor. The study has involved on four different chapters which are followed by series of conclusions and recommendations , the first chapter has included a descriptive study to focus on the natural characteristics so as to identify, placement and installation ,in addition to show soil, surface and climate as well as an explanation of the demographics features of Municipality of Al Dawra District the study has included , as well , the population growth and the population distribution in addition to study , age , and the educational composition.
While the second chapter has dealt with the reality of the case in the distribution of community services (education and health and recreational) in municipal spatially at the level of the municipal districts of (5) districts for 2013 which were strengthened in tables and charts, as well as using a method presumption closest neighbor in the geographical distribution of Analysis Services community at the municipal level and , it was good for the secondary schools, health services, which represent in the field of distance irregular, and the distribution is good was awarded to primary , intermediate and secondary schools .
The third chapter has studied the community services and efficiency through using local planning standards as shown numerically shortages in educational institutions and the number of departments as well as a shortage of doctors, dentists and health professionals. The fourth chapter has dealt with the current and future need for community services in the municipality handled and showed that there was a current need to kindergartens and primary and secondary schools, health centers , doctors , dentists need to stadiums "sport courts" as well as the future showed the need for 2025.
