Abstract
This research is to study the thermal characteristics effect in th Patients of Arthritis by conducting a comparison among Kirkuk, to the north, Al-Najaf , in the middle and Al Basra, to the south, governments. The study deals with all the arthritis diseases which are (79) divided into (11)types according to the classifications of the international and local health institutions.
The study includes three main topics studied within four chapters. The first chapter is the study theoretical frame; it includes the basis of the scientific research concerning the study subject.
The second chapters analyze the study area climatic characteristics referring, in detail, to the thermal characteristics represented by radiation, solar shine and temperature average: minor, maximum and general.
In the third chapter the researcher focused on the demographic and disease characteristics of the study population by studying their distribution, density and gender and age structure as well as the characteristics of arthritis diseases and infection rate( monthly, quarterly and annual) to show the difference among the mentioned three governments by using the graphic diagrams and Excel.
The fourth chapter is devoted to analyze the relation between the thermal characteristics of the study area with the arthritis diseases by the statistical styles: correlation, declination and explaining coefficient.
The study conclusions could be summarized as following:
- The infections of arthritis diseases are varied in spatial and time according to the variation of temperature; they are increased in the cold months( December and January) and increased in the hot months( June and July), this result agrees with the study hypothesis.
- The results show that the general average of the explanation coefficient of the thermal characteristics in Th Patients of arthritis records the highest degree in Kirkuk for all the thermal characteristics represented by radiation, solar shine and temperature: minor and maximum.
