المستخلص
تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع ”الخدمات البريدية في إقليم شمال الصعيد ”دراسة جغرافية” وتتكون هذه الدراسة من خَمسة فصول يسبقها المقدمة ويعقبها الخاتمة.
وقد تناولت المقدمة أسباب اختيار الموضوع وأهداف الدراسة ومناهج الدراسة، وأساليب الدراسة ومراحل الدراسة والدراسات السابقة، والصعوبات التي واجهت الطالبة ومنطقة الدراسة إضافة إلى محتويات الرسالة .
الفصل الأول:
درس العوامل الجُغرافية المؤثرة في الخِدمة البريدية، ويشمل الموقع الجُغرافي للإقليم، ودراسة تطور سُكان الإقليم وتوزيعهم وعلاقته بأعداد المكاتب البريدية، ودراسة العُمران وتوزيع المكاتب البريدية طبقًا لمراكز العمران، ووسائل النقل والمواصلات والتطور التكنولوجي للخِدمة البريدية والسياسة الحكومية.
الفصل الثاني:
تناول دراسة التوزيع الجُغرافي للخِدمات البريدية وتصنيفها في إقليم الدراسة؛ ويتناول الشق الأول من الفصل دراسة تطور وحدات الخِدمة البريدية خلال الفترة (2006/2017)، وتطور الخِدمة البريدية خلال الفترة (1976/2016) وذلك على مستوى محافظات الإقليم وعلى مستوى مراكز خلال الفترة (2006/2016)، ويتناول الشق الثاني من الفصل دراسة التوزيع الجُغرافي على مستوى محافظات الإقليم وعلى مستوي مراكزه ودراسة التوزيع الجغرافي لمكاتب البريد على مستوي حضر وريف الإقليم ومنها المناطق المخدومة من الخِدمة البريدية وغير مخدومة منها، وتناولت الدراسة تصنيف المكاتب البريدية على حسب مساحتها والتوزيع الكثافي للمكاتب البريدية طبقًا للكثافة السُكانية.
الفصل الثالث:
تطرق لدراسة حجم وكفاءة الخِدمة البريدية في إقليم؛ وتناولت دراسة تصنيف المكاتب البريدية حسب الدرجة وحجم الخِدمات المقدمة بالمكاتب البريدية ومدى كفاءة الخِدمة البريدية طبقًا لمعايير كفاءة الخِدمة وكذلك تقدير الاحتياجات المستقبلية لسُكان الإقليم وفقًا لمعدل النمو الحالي وعدد مكاتب البريد لعام 2027، والتخطيط المستقبلي للخِدمات البريدية وذلك بمدن الإقليم وقُراه.
الفصل الرابع:
يناقش التحليل المكاني للخِدمات البريدية بمحافظات إقليم شمال الصعيد؛ حيث يتناول ظاهرة التركز والمتوسط المكاني، والظاهرة المركزية والمسافة المعيارية واتجاه التوزيع والجار الأقرب لمحافظات الإقليم الثلاثة بني سويف والفيوم والمنيا كل على حده، كما يعرض دراسة النفوذ الجُغرافي للمكاتب البريدية بمحافظات الإقليم الثلاثة ونطاق خدمتها. وقد تم اختيار مكاتب بريدية بكل محافظة وذلك لمعرفة مدى نفوذها بالنسبة للمترددين .
الفصل الخامس:
يبرز الفصل الخامس القوة العاملة بالمكاتب البريدية؛ وتضمن عنصرين دراسة خصائص العاملين من حيث التركيب العمري والنوعي ودراسة الحالة التعليمية ودراسة الحالة الزواجية ومتوسط عدد الأسرة، ثم دراسة رحلة العمل اليومية للعاملين بالمكاتب البريدية من خلال نوع وسيلة النقل المستخدمة والزمن المستغرق وتكلفة الانتقال وأخيرًا المسافة المقطوعة. كما تناول خصائص رحلة المترددين من الخِدمات البريدية والتي منها تحديد حجم العينة حسب النوع والفئة العُمرية، زمن الوصول ونوع وسيلة النقل المستخدمة للوصول إلى المكاتب البريدية وعدد أيام التردد إلى المكاتب البريدية ومدى الرضا عن الخِدمات المتوفرة بالمكاتب البريدية، وكذلك المشكلات المتعلقة بالمترددين على المكاتب البريدية وسبل مواجهتها ثم دراسة المشكلات المتعلقة بالعاملين بالمكاتب البريدية.
أما الخاتمة فتعرض لأهم النتائج المستقاة من الدراسة، إضافة إلى التوصيات المقترحة لحل المشكلة.

Summary
This study deals with \" Postal Services in The Region of Northern Upper Egypt :A Geographical Study \
" The study falls in five chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by the conclusion.
The introduction contains the reasons behind selecting the Topic, the study objectives, approaches of study, review of literature, the steps (stages) of study, the difficulties of study, the region of the study, in addition to the contents fo the study.
Chapter one:
This chapter deals with the geographical factors which influence the distribution of Postal services in the region of northern upper Egypt, including the geographical location of the region, the study of the development of the region’s population, its relationship with the numbers of post offices and urbanized centers, transportation and the development of the postal service and the government policy.
Chapter two:
This chapter deals with the geographical postal services, its classification in the studied region, the first section deals with the development of postal service units during the period from ( 2016 - 2017 ), and the development of postal service units during the period (1979 – 2016 ) in the governorates of the region and in their municipalities during the period (2006 - 2016), the second section of this chapter studies the geographicl distribution of the governorates of the region and its municipalities, the study of the geographical distribution of the postal services in the urban and rural areas, as well as the deprived areas, the study also classifies the postal offices at the basis of their areas and the density of the postal offices according to the density of population.
Chapter three:
This chapter studies the size and efficiency of the postal service in the region, the study deals with the classification of postal offices as to the degree and size of the offered services through the offices, the extent of the efficiency of the postal services according to the criteria of quality, using the statistical methods through Lornez curve, concetration ratio, and also gauging the future needs of the population of the region based on the rate of the current development, the number of postal services in the year 2027 , and the future planning for postal services in the villages and cities of the region.
Chapter four:
This chapter discusses the spatial analysis of postal services in the governorates of north upper egypt', dealing with the phenomenon of concentration and spatial average, the central phenomenon, the standard distance, the direction of distribution and the closest neighbor to the three governorates (Beni-suef, Fayoum, Minya) each separately, it also studies geographical influence of the post offices in the three governorates and the scope of their services. Postal offices have be selected in each governorate in order to know the extent of their influence on the clients.
Chapter five
sheds light on the labor force in the postal offices, including two elements: the characteristics of employees according to age, gender, education, marital status, average of family numbers. It also studies the daily work tour of employees in the postal offices through kinds of used transportations, the exploited time, costs of transporting, and finally the distance covered. The chapter also deals with the characteristics of the clients’ tour from postal services, defining the sample size according to gender, age category, time of arrival, kind of transportation to reach to postal offices, the number of visting times, the clients’ satisfaction about the servies offered in these postal offices, and also the difficulties related to clients of postal offices and ways of solution, then the study discusses the problems related to employees in the postal offices.
The conclusion presents the most important findings of the study, in addition to recommendations to solve the the probems.
